Hi All,
Can anybody help me to handle this type of buyer?
From my point of view, he really make a ridicilous claim.
So, How do you think? any solution? Thanks.

The buyer says the coin is fake. I have no idea if it is or not but Ebay will make you accept a return and give the buyer back the $$.

any solution?
Accept the return and hope you get the same coin back that you originally sent.

How is this a ridiculous claim?
Your buyer had the item tested and found to be fake. Your listing (262932881985) on the other hand only says "100% Genuine", as do your other items. Where's any evidence there? Are you really going to try to fight this?
Again, how is this a ridiculous claim?

Buyer only claims they had it tested. There is no proof they did.

Unless the OP has documented proof from a lab that it is indeed authentic - he better accept the return and hope the coin returned is what he sent.

<<any solution? Thanks.>>
1. Click the button that says "Accept the return"
2. On the next screen, click the button that says "Purchase an eBay label"
3. When the label gets scanned, eBay will charge you for it.
4. When you receive the return, refund your buyer.

All of the OP's coins are "River Found" according to the descriptions ... I'm going to Jacarta and bringing my metal detector with me...there seem to be a lot of old rare Spanish and Chinese silver coins (with the same kind of wear patterns) in that Indonesian river 🙂

Seriously, for the kind of stuff you are selling, you need to provide more information than just "100% Genuine."
And no, it is not a ridiculous claim. This is very simple. Accept the return. If you fail to get back what you sent, then you do have a legitimate gripe.

There is no amount of proof, or documentation, that will save you from eBay's desire to make the site a haven for dishonest buyers and outright scammers. eBay & PayPal are going to get their cut from your sale and that's all that matters in their current business model. You the seller, are nothing more than a cash cow to be milked until you die.
Accept the return and yes the finacial loss, block the buyer, and seriously consider if you want to continue funding eBay's catering to the dishonest buyers and international scammers.

While you are entitled to your opinion of eBay in this case I don't think it's really fair.
The OP is selling antique coins that he claims he is finding in a river. Many many times.
He provides no proof to authenticate his finds but advertises them as 100% authentic.
His buyer is claiming they had their purchase tested and it is not authentic, but also doesn't provide any proof.
The OP kinda did it to himself by not getting his "finds" tested and including the proof of authenticity in his listings.

I don't think it matters if they have documented proof or not. The seller will still need to accept the return.

Accept the return and move on. Otherwise Ebay may refund the buyer and allow them to keep the coin.

Accept the return, refund when received.
You are going to need to provide proof of what you are selling, just saying (with coins) doesn't make it so.
You will keep getting return request for NAD if you can not provide proof.
I see you have been selling low priced items and then *boom*, high priced river found expensive coins from all over the world. 😞

What proof do you have that any of your coins are genuine and not fakes?
