How to get my cases closed without resoloution percentage up quick?

Im now below standard and I was a perferred seller? I am over the 30 percent mark by .1 point. How do i get this up really fast without waiting for it to roll off in december? Can i sell more to get this up? the percentage is saying 4 out of 1293 transactions? Can someone tell me how to correct this without waiting months?

They evaluate accounts on the 20th of each month, so the next evaluation would be on October 20. If you manage to get your numbers back into the good by that date and if they look good on the next one, November 20, you should out of the hole on December 1. 

 

Basically, once you reach good, you have to hold that for another month in order to get back to standard or above.

When buyers complain do you refund right away?  Never let it go until eBay has to decide. That dings your customer service.  Being below standard can be far more serious than you might think.  Sellers have been banned from selling for life.

 

I suggest you end the listing for items that give the most complaints.

Yes, it's a percentage, so the more sales you have, the lower it will be. For your 4 defect points to be less than .3%, you'd have to have 1334 transactions.

It's math. You need a few dozen more successful sales (as @nobody*s_perfect posted) to swing it back your way.

As mentioned, you need more transactions to help, and don't forget, it's a rolling number so the older transactions will fall off.   Never allow ebay to step in on a return.
