Hi Everybody, I have been selling on eBay for a month & half, and I have sold over 8 items. But none of my customers have left any feedback on the services they received from me.
I am just reaching out for some suggestions to get to leave feedback about my account? Thank you in advance!

I just started selling 31 days ago and I have 27 positive feedback from those that bought from me.
I include a kind of form letter with every package. It has my store name, Thanks for buying from my store, a very short personal message and asking them if they are satisfied with the item they bought and the fast shipping if they would please leave a positive review.
I have sold 41 items so far and have had 27 leave positive feedback.

This thread is over 2 years old and the OP no longer sells on eBay, so I doubt they'll reply.
Feedback is purely voluntary for the buyer and the seller. It's not required nor should it be. If you're happy with your purchase, great. By the way, soliciting feedback whether be by letter, email or eBay messaging is a big policy violation and can get your account in trouble, especially if someone reports it. My suggestion is to just say Thank you and leave it up to the customer. Don't jeopardize your account that you appear to work very hard at, stop soliciting feedback.
