I don't see any setting for it.
My page used to show the items and "ship by" date.
Now it's different.

You will need to go to seller hub. You may find a link under "Activity" on your myeBay page.

Did you ever find a way to get "back" to the new version?
I called Ebay twice and they act like they don't know that there is an old and new version. AND THEY WORK for the company.
