I have 6 boxes of genuine 3M model 8210 masks that i bought pre-pandemic. I would like to sell them here for a "reasonable" price. I contacted ebay to see how i could become a "approved" ebay seller.
I was denied because i don't have enough stock on hand. They're looking for sellers who have huge quantities to sell.
I told them that i frequent the ebay seller's discussion board and this question comes up a lot. It would be nice if they could tell me what the criteria is so can share it with the board. This was the response...
Typically the best thing to do would be to advise them to reach out to us, like you did today. We would also need to review their account directly. A few things that are important though are as I mentioned the ability to fulfill several hundred orders of the masks per day. Their account would need to be either Above Standard or Top Rated. We also want to make sure that any sellers plan to list the masks for appropriate prices, so we'd want to discuss pricing with them, as well as discussing where their supply comes from in order to ensure safe and consistent selling. ~Ryan
