It looks like you haven't sold anything in quite a while. Did you sign on to managed payments? Ebay doesn't use paypal any more for their payment processor. New and infrequent sellers also have limits as to how much and how many listings they can have. I see two listings. That may be all you are allowed to sell for now. So you are treated as a new seller after 90 days of no activity. Ebay also will put holds on your funds for up to 30 days to ensure if there are any problems, the money is available to refund the buyer.

They offer me free 250 listings per month so I don't think that's the problem. I have been paid in past thru ebay. Was a power seller but took a long break. Back at it now but stimied on no Buy it now option when I'm creating a listing. Hmmm. Thanks for your reply

When creating a listing if yours is defaulting to auction you will see a little down arrow or an edit pencil. Click. Choose buy it now. It is there.
