Hello all,
I have a Basic store and am nearing the 1000 free listings. At the moment I am going through my current active listings and ending listings so that I can list new items which I think have a higher probability of selling. I have thought about getting the Premium subscription but I am almost done listing everything I have.
So my question is I would like to know how many I can list until the end of the month before the free listings renew. I know how to see how many free listings I have left but with the GTC listings being renewed at random times I would like to know this count. (Free listings - new listings - active listings = # of listings I can list for free before the end of month.)

There is a handy box in your Seller Hub that can help you manage your free listing counts too.
You have a few things that is in the categories where you get 10,000 free listings. You can see in the box above how many listings you have covered by these free listings too.
Sellers can use the additional allocation of fixed price listings in the following select categories:

At present you have to do it long hand ... your Active list has a Time left column (if yours doesn't you can add it via the Customize table link in the upper right hand corner of the list). That column can be sorted to show ending soonest first. Then at the bottom of the page you can use the pull down menu to change the number of listings shown per page from 25, 50, 100, 200. If you change it to say 25 then counting smaller blocks ending soonest might be easier. I do that for the Views column when I want to see how many listings are getting (0) Views ...

As noted in the other post, sorting your listings by Time Left will help you figure out how many listings have 10 days or less left before their rollover. But you might not be as close to your Free threshold as you think. In addition to the 1000 free insertions, Basic stores also get 10,000 free insertions in "Selected" categories, and you have quite a few listings in those categories, including 49 in Collectibles and 5 under Video games. Any of those that roll over before the end of November won't count against your free 1,000. You can see the full category list here:

Listings don't renew at "random" times, they renew on the same date that they were originally listed. A listing that you set up today will renew on December 20, January 20, February 20, March 20, etc.

@oldgaragefinds Go to this page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
Just above the listings on the right click the 'Customize Table' link.
Om the pop up check the box next to 'End Date' then save.
The end date column will appear. That column will show you the exact date your listings will renew, as opposed to Time Left which shows number of days + hours. It's more straightforward.
Click the title of the column to sort listings by that date.
Then follow @mr_lincoln 's advice on how to count those listings.
The only time a listing renewal date might seem random is when a month has 30 days. Listings created on the 31st will renew on the 30th that month. Or in Feb, listings created 28th-31st throughout the year will all renew on the last day of Feb.

Thanks to all that replied, gave me some insight on this matter.
Appreciate your response. When I was searching for a solution to my question this is one of the things I've tried. Although I have not thought about showing only 25 listings at a time and doing some math to calculate a rough count so that is a good idea until they implement an actual counter.
It seems I have worded my statement on listings being renewed "randomly" differently than what I was meaning to say. I was suggesting that it was random in the sense that no one expects you to remember what day of the month each specific listing was created.

@oldgaragefinds I understood EXACTLY what you meant by the "random" statement.
