Had an item whose packaging was damaged in shipment (Hot Wheels car, so the packaging does matter), buyer sent photo which clearly shows the issue. I offered him a $15 partial refund for it (it was over $100) which he agreed to, but how do I proceed with this correctly? Do I just do partial refund through my seller dashboard (there's no 'damaged in shipment' option, only NAD) or does he have to open a return case and then I can do a partial refund through that? Pretty certain he's not a scammer but just want to make sure to cover myself.
