Item was sold on the 12th, shipped that Saturday (14th) and buyer received it the following Saturday (no idea why Fedex sat on it for almost 4 days, but whatever). Anyway, still haven't seen a bill from ebay for it? How long does that usually take?

Had an item whose packaging was damaged in shipment (Hot Wheels car, so the packaging does matter), buyer sent photo which clearly shows the issue. I offered him a $15 partial refund for it (it was over $100) which he agreed to, but how do I proceed ...
