A buyer wants to cancel one item out of two ordered. eBay has combined them for shipping. I can't find a way to cancel just the one item, I'd have to cancel the entire order. Is there a way to cancel just that one item???
Or, will I have to do a refund for item to be cancelled? That would get the funds back to the buyer, but I think I would be out the fee.
Never ran in to this one before...... Thanks!!!

Hi, i am afraid you must cancel the entire order. See link below for eBay’s policy.
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/buyers-can-cancel-order/buyers-can-cancel-order?id=4004
”If your purchase contained more than one item, the entire order will need to be canceled – you can't cancel individual items.”

Thanks for the quick answer!!!
I don't want to cancel the entire order & risk losing a multiple item $300 sale over the cancellation of a $30 item that my cost for is $0.00.
I went in & issued a refund for the cancelled item, it let me show that particular item as being refunded. It also showed that the fee was refunded.
I had talked to the buyer on the phone, sounds like a great guy, I don't expect any issues with him.
Thanks again!
