How to delete USA from my site preferences.

Hi

I'm registered with ebay.com in Japan and i am trying to remove USA from my site preferences. I cannot post there due to the post office restricting some countries that i cannot send to. When i go into North America as a region and try to delete USA it does not appear. Even though i have written that i do not post there on all my listings, some buyers are still buying from me. Please advise how to remove USA.

eBay.com is the USA eBay site and I do not think you can avoid shipping to the USA. 

I think you will need to list on the Japanese eBay site ebay.co.jp

eBay.com is the USA eBay site and I do not think you can avoid shipping to the USA. 

I think you will need to list on the Japanese eBay site ebay.co.jp

Correct.

If a seller lists on the .com site, they must ship to the USA no matter where they are located. You cannot block the site country you are listing on.

You can't sell (or buy) on ebay.co.jp!

It's just a Japanese language front-end user registration page for sellers, all the links  (the ones that are not dead) lead to regular .com pages.

The OP could list on eBay.ca (Canada) and block the USA but just like on .com they would not be able to block Canada.

There best bet would be to work with a shipper other than Japan Post, private consolidators are likely still moving goods albeit with delays.
