How to deactivate an active promotion?

Hello everyone,

I've to tell you something.

By my mistake a new promotion called "80% off Promoted Listings on eBay.com for 30 Days." was activated. Can you explain a little about this ? because I am a new seller on eBay. Also may I know how much eBay chargers(fee)for this. 

Finally I want to know how to deactivate this.

Please Help me!!

That's an offer that gets you a discount on promoted listings fees. If you don't set up any promoted listings, then that discount will not apply. No need/reason to deactivate.

Looks like an offer you don't have to accept.  I wouldn't worry about it.
