How to create an expense report to manually upload to QuickBooks online?

New to Ebay 

Seeking advice, I purchased Simple Start -QBO on Oct 3rd, 2023. synced ebay and it worked fine. Now it's not syncing at all. 

I get my payout information from my Bank which is connected to QBO.  

Questions: 

1.  I've read a lot about the issue Ebay transaction not syncing and it goes back a couple of years. Is there a fix yet or a work around besides manually entering the data?

2. If I upgraded to a QBO higher subscription would this fix the problem?

3. I need to manually add the missing data to QB. I want to create a report from Ebay that brings in the same data as if it were syncing properly.

I'd contact QB about this. 

Only other way to get things into QB is to export/import your ebay data, but not sure it will have the same result as syncing.
