How to contact Ebay in Emergency

Hi,

I need to contact Ebay regarding my store because for health reasons I need a longer time away than 30 days.  Is there a way to contact someone about this?  Every number I call will not let me through to a person I can speak with.

There's nothing CS will do.

When it gets close to the 30 days, end Time Away and restart it for another 30 days.

It wouldn't make any difference if you talked to customer service about this, because they don't have the authority to change the policy, and they can't change the programming on the website to allow more than 30 days for time away.

Your options are:

1. Set the time away for 30 days, and then do it again every 30 days or just before that.
   
   
2. End your listings now. You will be able to relist them up to 90 days after they are ended, but after that, they will not be available any more.
   
   
3. Turn on the "Out of stock option" and then change the quantity for your listings to zero. The listings will stay active for up to 6 months, but they won't show up in search and they can't be purchased. After the 6 months, the listings will end and you can relist them up to 90 days if you want.
