How to combine items in an offer

I have 3 listed items, each with a price and shipping. I have a buyer who would like to buy all three for a discounted price and discounted shipping. How can I combine the items and adjust the shipping? It's probably quite simple, but I'm very new to selling!

The best way I can think to do it is to include a note in the offers that you send him telling him that you can send a combined invoice once all the offers are accepted

Accept the offers. Immediately after go to your Awaiting for payment tab , find one of the listings and click on send invoice. From there just follow the instructions to calculate the shipping on all three things and send the invoice. That way buyer only pays once.
