How to change what shipping price is displayed on item?

Wondering if it's possible to chance the displayed shipping price that is seen on a listing, for example:

I offer multiple shipping methods, e.g. First Class USPS, Priority, and for cards under $20 I offer the eBay Standard Envelope method as well, shown here:

However, I noticed when viewing my items the most expensive shipping method is displayed, example:

I'm just worried that the high shipping cost displayed (despite the 'usual' price point of the eBay Standard Envelope) may drive people away,  so is there any way to display that price instead of the most expensive?

It will display based on zip code so no

Unless you want to enter a flat shipping rate
