How to cancel a sell?

Hi,

A buyer sent me an offer for an item and I accepted. Later, he messaged me and asked if I could do free shipping. The shipping would cost $60, so I told him no. Now he said he doesn't want it anymore.

How can I cancel this transaction so it no longer shows "waiting for payment"?

I don't do auctions but i assume it's the same as fixed price listings. From the seller hub, go to the item in question. Use the drop down menu and select "cancel transaction".  It will ask you for a reason. I think one of the reaons will be "buyer changed mind".  Click on that. 

FYI you wont me penalized.
