How to avoid Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy.?!?
A. my supplier provide me FDA in PH. I also check before in FDA US. don't have any warning on they data base.
B. I see other seller sell the same product without any issue.
C. Even when I provide FDA (PH) + MSDS of the product. clery can see its not "Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy"
so, Can someone explame how I can avoid this policy like eBay ask from me
"We need you to take action to avoid listing items like this again."

That is a complete non-answer to my post, all you did was copy/paste one of your previous posts.
Did you actually read the OTC policy? There are several requirements that you need to include in listings to be in compliance, things that have nothing to do with the FDA.
"We need you to take action to avoid listing items like this again."
If eBay told you this what else did they say in the notification?

That's called dropshipping.

The Community exists to offer a place to vent, ask for help or offer a helping hand to other members. But we aren't here to help you try to figure out a way to circumvent the rules. Not a good idea to post something like that here either.
That warning you got really should tell you what you need to know. Do it again and the response from Ebay will be stronger. Do it a third time and Ebay will likely shut you down.

Sorry, My intention is misunderstood,
I act only according to the law and I am aware of the laws and the cosmetics sales policy,
Therefore, before I advertise the product, I verify with the factory of that product that they do have FDA approval, in addition I check the FDA database in the US.
Check other sellers, take care of documents such as MSDS and CoA
And after this documests approval, I still receive a complaint from eBay.
And I don't understand what I am doing wrong?
And even though I provided to eBay of FDA approval in the supplier's country. (In the US) there is no complaint from the FDA Data Base.
However, eBay still rejects my ad, but other sellers are fine
Please advise

What you are doing wrong is listing items eBay doesn't allow...PERIOD. If you are aware of eBay's policies then why are we still here talking about this? What law are you referring to?
eBay pulled your listing because it violated their policy. The other listings you speak of just haven't been pulled yet. Their time will come.
Just because others are selling doesn't make it ok. You must abide by eBay's policies.
Stop fixating on FDA database and approval the FDA doesn't run eBay, eBay has their own policies it's their website they make the rules.
Also, purchasing from a "warehouse" is drop shipping. If the item is not in your possession, you buy from somewhere else to send to the buyer it IS drop shipping.

never never do drop!
Yes, you are dropshipping.
If not, you would have your items and shipping them.

Are you complying with the rules as set forth by Ebay on the item or items you want to sell. That is the key. Getting around those rules is not advisable.
While the items you want to sell may comply with the Laws in the USA, they don't seem to comply with the rules on this site. And if they don't comply with the rules of this site, you can't sell them here no matter what documentation you have.
It should be easy to understand why prescription drugs aren't allowed to be sold here as people could then purchase the medications without a prescription and cause harm to themselves or someone else.

There are a few over the counter meds that sellers can sell on the site if they have applied to Ebay and received Ebay's approval.

If you go to school and become a licensed pharmacist, you'll be prepared to deal with the situation. Otherwise sell something that doesn't have such a great potential to be lethal.

This is why i do not purchase any Pharmaceuticals online unless i am positive it is from a reputable company, personally i feel if you don't even know how to list it, you should probably not sell it.

Not a "few" actually thousands of OTC medical products can be sold on eBay and you don't need approval from eBay.
What you do need to do is follow the requirements.
I'm pretty sure I know what the issue is that the OP is having but I don't want to state it here until the OP comes back and explains a few things. Unfortunately all they want to do is post the same statement they made in the OP. A statement that on it's own is useless to identify what the actual issue it. They are obsessed with FDA garbage which is likely mostly irrelevant to the OP's immediate issue.

I bought some Aleve today...and looked at expiration date...creepy when I saw it was Made in India on the box.
12-24-2024 05:05 PM
India is the largest producer in the world of generic, OTC and prescription drugs, virtually all the major drug companies have production facilities in India that produce the exact same pills that are sold (and possibly still made) in the US.
Drug companies are really into "country pricing" which means that they rip off US consumers while subsidizing lower income countries. You can probably purchase Aleve made by Bayer in India for a fraction of the price the exact same thing costs in the US.

That is a good rule. I might add don't do it for Pets either. There have been some real horror stories on the threads over the years from pet owners running into horrible situations with their pets from meds they purchased online. Not just from Ebay but from others similar sites.

Not sure that correction was important, but OK.
