How to add product ratings/reviews to existing listing

Hi there,

I would like to add an option for customers to leave a rating on my product listing but cannot find the option. Any suggestions? I have added UPC codes to the listings and combed over every article on the topic but nothing seems to work.

Pretty sure it is done automatically IF there is a history behind the product on the web? you have to list the product description exactly!if not then you will have to create it on your own buy selling it and asking the buyers to review it after they have purchased it.
