Recently sold a non-functional laptop for parts. Item was shipped with power cord and in original box. Buyer is now claiming that it was missing power cord and original box. Because it's "for parts" there's no way I can prove that parts weren't swapped or removed upon its return. How do you protect yourself from this kind of thing?
