Hello everyone. I received an absurd negative feedback from the buyer. According to the tracking there was a failed attempt to deliver a parcel with a sign "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available). So, I messaged to the buyer to remind that he needs to pick up his parcel from a post office or do a redelivery.
He responded to me "Where do I pick it up. I haven't received any notification that it came in!"
And left a negative feedback with that description "I need to know where to pick this up and why it hasn't arrived. I have not received any notice whatsoever!"
I was so frustrated buy that situation when you try to remind a person about his parcel and he just leaves that bloody feedback which makes my terrible feedback extraordinary low.
Do you know what the chance of deleting that review if I do a request revision of that review or what is more effective in order to remove it?
Thanks

Even though the feedback goes against policy, your request to have it removed will be denied almost assuredly.
From there it all depends on how much time you want to spend on the phone and if you get lucky enough to get a USA based CSR instead of an overseas one.
You can also try a DM to ebay for business on FB or Twitter.
Good luck, you're going to need it.

eBay shut the door on feedback removal. The threads here talk a lot about blatant feedback violations not being removed.

Thanks for replay. It's challenging and expensive to call USA based CSR. I'm located in Western Europe

Is there a way to help the buyer find out where the package is being held? Once they have it they may be willing to revise the feedback.
Did you ask for a signature on the package? That could be why it wasn’t delivered. If so, it isn’t a good idea or of any benefit to get a signature for a $90 package.

You are on the USA boards.
You might want to post in a EU forum

The package is located in his post office which he wrote for delivery. How can he revise the feedback it's not possible to delete it buy buyer after he left it. That was an international package I guess it's сlearly that he needs to sign as it was sent to particular person. There is no option whether the buyer needs to put signature or not in order to receive it.
