I was looking at this subscription to a site called cross list. Any other better suggestions?

There are many services that do this with various features.

There are also web applications that can do this in creating you're own website.  Wordpress with WooCommerce and proper plugins.  I believe OS Commerce also has some cross listing features.

Looks like the subscription sites help you with a dashboard to be sure your item is de listed from the other sites once it sells. Is that correct? That would be my only concern. Do not want reputation problems here or defects for out of stock.

Sellbrite, best we found so far and affordable.  You need to be somewhat tech knowledgeable.

Easiest  way is to just create accounts on other market places and list your items. Just make sure you manage your accounts and make sure you remove cross posted items as you sell on other sites

Yep most of them handle inventory management and they'll vary in features and complexity.  For the most part they are pretty simple applications under the hood per se.  They tend to price based on listing volume which from my perspective (software engineer) is just hilarious given they are far less complex than the .99 cent Scrabble game for you're cellphone but that's the horse race.

I recall seeing something about one thats completely free, Fly something?  FlyP? I dont know.

Most of the ones that cost money, are costly, if you are not listing a lot. All of them have pro's and con's. There is nothing that is inexpensive that is REALLY good.

That's not a direct answer, because no one is going to have the right answer for you. Not enough people on board with one of them, to definitively say. But GENERALLY, all of them add a lot of cost to your business and none of them are perfect. There are frustrations using them.

How to Cross list From Ebay to other Platforms

The only cross listing I've done is with my website, which is hosted by GoDaddy. It was extremely easy to import the ebay store listings onto the web store and it was free to do so. My website, plus e-commerce store, are only $32.65 a month, which is cheaper if you pay for it annually.

Upside: it's very inexpensive, easy to import the marketplace stores from Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Google Shopping Actions and Walmart. Inventory is synced with the original store, so if you sell  out on something, it will update that on the website. You get notices of sales. You can add items to the website and not affect marketplaces. Easy to set up shipping, taxes, and payment methods and they have quite a few options for all.

Downside: You have a limit, depending on the size of your store and how much sales you do in a month, and ALL sales are counted as sales regardless if they were through your marketplace or through your website. Once you hit that limit, you no longer get sale notices (until the next month when the count starts again). You have to remove listings from your source store first, before you can remove them from your website. Sales are reduced from the website, but if you restock an item on the source store, you have to physically add it to your website. That is not synced. Most important of all. The only way to unlink them is to close your website store. You cannot unlink them.

I have no clue how a Wordpress store would work, but make sure you hit at least those points in looking into it, or any other software that imports/exports for you.

Good luck with your decision.

A lot depends on what sites you want to cross list on. Amazon is one of the hardest. It has a catalog system which your Ebay description may not be acceptable to. Your condition notes will map, but condition definitions may not be equivalent.

How the software synchronizes inventory levels varies widely in quality creating serious issues if you have to cancel orders.

Wordpress w/ WooCommerce is literally the #1 eCommerce application going and its all free.  There are countless free and paid for plugins, templates, on and on.  Simply find a decent hosting provider, they'll have Wordpress sitting there on a automated install, I recommend A2Z Hosting.  That's $1.99 a month to start, can always upgrade the virtual server.

But Wordpress is much more than simply eCommerce and there is a learning curve and heaps upon blobs of youTube videos on the software.  It is a Content Manager System or "CMS" and powers more of the Internet than any other application by huge factor, like 42% of the Internet is powered by Wordpress.

Now I've no idea how the cross posting to eBay, Amazon, perhaps others (likely) operate within WooCommerce.  WooCommerce is a Wordpress "plugin" and likely the cross post tools are WooCommerce Plugins.  There are literally hundreds of plugins for WooCommerce alone, thousands upon thousands upon thousands for WordPress.

I'm sure the OP will appreciate all of your info on Wordpress. Maybe someone else, with experience in import/exporting marketplace listings to or from it, will be able to add to it.

Some markets will do it for you. Bonanza and HIP are two of those.

More important is to have an inventory system on hand that will tell you where all your items are listed so you can take them down immediately.

Because there is nothing like making two sales of the same unique item to ruin your day.
