Due to my travel schedule for the upcoming months, I will not be able to fulfill orders between December 10 and January 15. I have placed this in my seller profile with asterisks around it (see attached photo). Are there other ways I can alert possible customers of this?

No one will see your message there. In my opinion you are setting yourself up for very unsatisfied customers, who are probably shopping for Christmas presents.
If it was me, I would cancel my listings for the 35 days. If you feel you must keep the listings up, and risk mad customers, you can change your handling time for all your items to 30 days.

Okay. My market is rather niche - I sell rare Catholic books - so I'm not expecting a huge uptick in sales for late December / early January.
How would I cancel listings or increase my handling time?

Also, I mistakenly said "Easter" instead of "New Years" in my original page edit - that since has been fixed haha.

To change handling time:
Select your listings that you want to change.
Click Edit (chose edit selected or edit all)
Select your listings again
Click Edit Fields
Select Handling Time
Change it to 30 days
To cancel the listings:
Select your listings
In the Actions column
Click End Item
If you cancel your listings, they will be waiting for you to relist when you get back in January.

Most of your listings are auctions, so first of all, stop listing new auctions. If most will end before you leave, maybe you can get them shipped before you leave. Otherwise, end your fixed price listings and stop listing.

How do I get to a screen where I can select multiple listings? I understand everything else you're saying - I just can't get to a multi-select screen

It won't let you cancel all your auctions at once. Those have to be done one by one.
And, I think if you don't have a ebay store, you can't edit them all at once. You will have to do that one by one too.

If you have a store, the way to select all your listings:
See how you can select the little box next to your listing at the top of your list? Well, there is a box above that little box. If you click that box, it selects all your listings, so your next action applies to all your listings. You can see that all your listings become checked when you select that top box.

You don't need a store but if you are using my ebay rather than sellers hub, editing multiple items takes an extra step.
On your my ebay page under Sell on the left side, click on all selling. Scroll down to your active selling items. On the left side click on the little box next to the item you want to edit and then click on edit or end at the top of that section. If you want to edit or end all items, click on the box at the top next to 'add note'. That will put a check beside all of your listings.

It doesn't matter if you have a store or not but the 'new' regular active listing page on my ebay doesn't have little check boxes beside each item.
