How many customers get my private coupon?

When you create a private coupon for past customers of more than 31 day, does it really send a coupon to ALL you past customers?  Obviously if you have been selling for years, that would be potentially a mega ton of customers.... or does it only go back so far with customers?

Actually no.

your coupons will be sent to your past customers whom bought from you in the last 365 days.

actually, no- to both posts - YOU have to send your customers the private coupon - ebay does not automatically send private coupons you create to anyone. To send them, visit your Orders page > All Aorders > on the right side of each order is a link "Send Coupon"

The OP was talking about create "Buyer groups" for previous buyers.

The OP asking if sending a private coupons to "Buyer groups", do all past buyers will receive the coupons.

Yes correct, that is what I am asking...I created a buyer group for buyers older than 31 days so does that include ALL previous buyer. Can anyone else confirm that it will be sent to buyers only up to the past 365 days? 

Are buyers notified of the coupon only through email, or will they get a message notification alert on ebay(red dot on bell icon) ? 

I don't see a "send coupon" in the drop down list next to and order, but I so see a "print coupon" link, but that must only be for printing a physical coupon to include in a customer's order.

it doesn't matter if you create a group or do it individually via all orders page - those buyers will receive coupon via their ebay inbox, they will get a notification via their normal email IF those users select that option in their settings to receive notifications via their normal email.  

The link to Send Coupon isn't on the drop down, that is the left side of the orders page, I said the right side, there should be link "Send Coupon" for each order in your All Orders page the header is "Engage Buyer" it's right above the feedback and mail icons. 

I send my repeat buyers private coupons.

Yes, your private coupons will be sent to buyers whom bought from on past 365 days.

you can see the time frame on your main "Buyer groups" page under "Buyer insights", watch the attached photo below.

You will find "send coupon" link under "Engage buyer" , watch the second attached photo below.

the potential buyers will receive the coupon through ebay messages, ebay will notifying them.
