Hi,
17 year eBay member here and always had 100% positive seller feedback but recently had a bad selling experience. The items I sold were BRAND NEW as pictured in the auction and shipped same day order received. Unfortunately, a buyer ( 2 year old account ) left a negative feedback claiming their items were opened sometime prior to arrival. If this was true, it happened while in USPS transit or after delivery to the customers home.
Although the items were brand new and factory sealed at time of shipping I offered a refund and buyer still keep items in exchange for accepting a feedback revision request to remove the feedback. I offered this because eBay said my formal feedback removal request did not meet their policy even though the policy states it can be removed if its out of my control... BUT we all know eBay protects buyers NOT sellers.
Long story short. Buyer accepted refund and sent a text message stating they revised and removed the feedback. However, the negative feedback is still showing on my account a few days later.
How long does it take for feedback revision to process and reflect on my account and does eBay send a notification once its processed? I was told 24 hours but its now past that. I'm looking for first hand experience if anyone has it.
Thank you.

Have you spoken with buyer that they have revised it? It should not be past a day to show. I would reach out to Ebay in the help and contact section. Put kn a request to have negative removed then wait for their reply. Sorry that happened to you
