How long does The Hold Last on a Return when the Buyer refuses to send back?

I caught a return, ok no big deal, I accepted it, but the buyer never sent it back, It just says in Ebay they have until March 31 to send back, as we go into April, how long will it show the Funds Withheld?

Until they feel like releasing the hold.

last one I had was last month, where buyer didn't send back a return, it was 21 calendar days for ebay to close the return & 1 more day after that for payment hold to release. So a total of 22 calendar days from time return was opened to see payment hold released when a buyer failed to return item.

It has been 23 calender days since a return was opened for me, the buyer printed the label but tracking shows it never arrived at a post office.  This is a $450 item and I am having trouble finding a seller support phone number.  Is there one that I can call?  Any help is much appreciated.
