Ugh, listed a breakable item and forgot to uncheck the GSP box (have had 2 well packaged items arrive broken so no more GSP) and a person from Brazil with zero feedback, opened their account today, bought the item. They have not paid yet so am hoping this will fall through. My question is, how many days do I have to wait to file a non-payment and then how long are they given to pay before I can relist? I hate having my item tied up and unseen with just a few weeks left of holiday shopping. Am disgusted with self for not paying better attention while listing. Thanks in advance!

You can open an unpaid item dispute 48 hours to the minute after the listing ended. The buyer then has 96 more hours in which to pay. When the full 96 hours is up, if no payment has been made you can close the case, get your fees back and give the buyer a strike. Neither party can leave feedback. You can relist at that time.
