How long are listing restrictions?

This is my second time selling online via eBay, these listing restrictions are stupid low. 5 items for 500 dollars.

How long does above standard rating finally lead to being allowed to actually sell on here?

Also It is awesome to not have to deal with PayPal and being able to use a QR code at the post office for discounted shipping. But why wait a week after delivery to verify? A day or 2 I could see, but a week seems a bit excessive. Especially after the buyer leaves a good review.

What could possibly be the benefit of restricting sales? Ebay already takes the money for weeks. The seller has 0 opportunities to take money from Ebay, its not possible

How long are listing restrictions?

You can ask for restrictions to be removed or relaxed every 30 days.

Try to understand that this is meant as a Buyer Protection against scammers who take the payments and run but also Seller Protection for new and occasional sellers who may not understand their rights and responsibilities on the site.

Are you registered to get paid through Managed Payments?

Do you understand that your customer's cleared payment will still be Held for up to 21 days against proof of customer satisfaction ? Basically that's when tracking shows delivery so record those tracking numbers.

Do you understand that No Returns does not mean No Refunds?

Keep in mind that eBay is not your friend, eBay is your landlord and that all suggestions from eBay are good for eBay not necessarily for you.

Just have to wait. The limit will ease. You don't even have 10 feedback yet.  You can try and build that up selling more but lower price items.

@artfrom89,

According to your history you have only sold 5 items since Dec. 14,`21.  So you have really only gone through 1 ebay rating period which starts and ends on the 20th of each month.  You can check your selling limit in the selling hub.  If you keep selling I would say you need only a few more sales before your limits are raised.  Hopefully, when you ship items you are uploading the tracking number to the sold item that is important for both the payment hold and your seller rating.

  Since, ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) trumps your No return policy, if a buyer files a Not as described dispute. It would be best to have a return policy, it will help with your rating.   Read the information in the link below
