As a new seller, how do I determine if a buyer has a US delivery address but is registered outside of the United States? I want to block sales to these outlier addresses. I do not want to sell or pay additional fees for selling to international buyer...

I'm really just coming here to rant about the continuous accounts that come and win auctions or send an offer that they don't pay for. It's never something that seems legitimately understanding and I can empathize for the need to retract a bid or not...

Should I offer free shipping or have price + shipping?

I sell clothing and I know its a very saturated niche. Do you think offering free shipping or having the price and shipping cost would be better in terms of sales? I live in the Midwest so my shipping cost is about the same.
