It depends, if the funds are being held, could be a few days after tracking shows it was delivered and up to 30 days.

New sellers or infrequent sellers usually have to wait 30+ days before receiving funds.

Shipping an item has to be shipped when stated in your item for sale.

Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.

New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer
