Not going to say the buyers ID cause it isn't allowed but a Buyer bought an item from me.. I printed label and going to ship like I am suppose to.... I look at his "Feedback left for others"... He has given 85 Negatives and 1 positive for his last 86 purchases, all in the last 6 months... When he doesn't leave positive, he leaves a comment like "OK for the money but quality isn't that great"...
How can a buyer like this not be seen by eBay and be banned?.. SMH... I just do what I always do... Pack securely, add tracking and ship it...

I wonder why he keeps coming back here if everything is so bad.
IAC, ebay doesn't really care about the feedback saying it's all 'opinion' - if the buyer had committed a bunch of offences along with the feedback, he might be sanctioned.

This is a good reason to not bother with looking up a buyer's feedback. You did this. It was bad. You might get a negative but now you have to be concerned about it until you hear from the buyer.
If you hadn't bothered to look it up you'd have the same outcome and much less worry beforehand.

You are more than likely going to be conned, one way or the other. I always check feedback on most anything over $50 or $75 and make a decision from there. It has saved me money a couple of times.

Yes, irritating. If he does leave negative feedback, respond and point out his previous record of bad feedback. He's a serial offender. If you had sold him a box of Wheaties he would be a Cereal Offender (Ok, I know that was a lame attempt at humor - been listing all day and going batty).

The only time I ever look up FB is on a Best Offer for a more expensive item. Usually not an issue, but sometimes you do wonder what motivates someone to leave a sea of red for a Seller.
Takes a lot of work and energy to be that angry.
What are his negative complaints about? Shipping, Packing, the items, anything/everything?
I realize you reporting this buyer to e-bay likely does nothing, but still work report him/her. Maybe something more than a bot will review the FB abuse you are concerned with. At least you could go on record that you honored the sale, regardless. (again, gets you nothing probably, but maybe)

Just about all of them talk about quality of the item being junk.. Looks like it is jewelry.... I also noticed all the bad feedback are sellers from China... I'm just selling off my 60,000 plus lapel pin collection.. The item I sold was a lapel pin for $1.75 plus $3.97 shipping...

You might be OK on the monetary risk factor. If it were a more expensive type item, no way.

I wouldn't worry about it. If they leave you a negative, just call ebay and demand it be removed. If they're leaving negatives everywhere, ebay wont even try to fight it when you demand it be removed, that's always been my experience anyway.

Cancel the sale. Use the reason, "could not confirm address", that's all you need to do. Then add that ID to your blocked bidders list.

You see 85 negatives and 1 positive and assume he had 86 transactions.
He could have had 3086 transactions and just not left feedback for the other 3000 transactions.
I've seen sellers who only leave negative feedback. If they are happy with the transaction, they don't leave any feedback. If they are unhappy with the transaction, they leave negative feedback. A little odd, yes. But i've seen it.
Good luck and stay safe.

eBay only cares about seller FB when it doesn't fit their narrative.

Here's what I would do. A pre-emptive strike. When you mail the item include a couple of dollars. If you have already mailed the item, smother him with customer service. Refund him 10-20% of his funds telling him how much you appreciated his business. Lose money if you have to. Refund shipping, anything. And above all, block the !%$@#!.
