The buyer gets the coins with USPS tracking and decides he doesn't wants them. I'm told to issue a refund. Isn't he supposed to ship the item aback to me first?
It's been a month and he never shipped it and now ebay forced me to refund? Why am I to give him the coins and his money back and he doesn't have to give my my coins back? Ebay got the USPS tracking # when I mailed them to him.
Need more details and the sequence of tasks completed to this point. If you did not comply with a request (as a seller) or the buyer did not do something, then signals may get crossed.....
