I am new seller and I have some item stock on other country. I am trying to selling them on eBay changing item location but it says...

Remember your supplier has hundreds of other resellers who are offering the exact goods you will be.

You do not know the product.

You do not take the pictures.

You do not Describe the product.

You do not package the product.

You do not ship the product.

But.

You are responsible for the product, the pictures, the description, the packaging, and the shipping.

If any of those go wrong, you will be refunding the customer.

The supplier will not refund you.

The Location in your listing is the location of the product, from which it will be shipped, not your location.

Do what Ebay has told you needs to be done.  Apply and wait to see if you get approved.  You even stated in your post that Ebay told you what you needed to do.  I'm unclear as to what you are asking.  It appears you have the information from Ebay on what you need to do.

Do what the message tells you to do.

Dropshipping from AliExpress and other sites like that is not allowed and will get you suspended.
