How does the seller limit work? I have above average seller standing, but I can only list up to $10

Trying to apply for raising the seller limit doesn't work and I really do not have anything to sell for $10, but I suppose I could find SOMETHING for $10 that someone would want to buy. So, if I list something and sell it for $10, will I get approved to sell for a higher amount after the month's evaluation? I have like 0 negative reviews out of 40, but I haven't sold anything in over two years so I am wondering if that is why a lot has changed since I last sold something! I have a lot of items between 100-500 that I would like to sell but can't!

A lot has changed and there is very little seller support.

GPUs and laptops are high scammed items and there's a good chance you would loose them and any payments made.

Managed Payments is the way we are paid now and you have to provide a checking account and the last 4 of your SSN to sign up.
