How does the rating of buyers and sellers work?

I'm trying to establish what the protocols are for rating buyers and sellers?

If a buyer has an issue and they leave negative feedback is it then deemed a negative rating?

If a seller has an issue and they leave negative feedback is it then deemed a negative rating?

I assume the same would apply for positive feedback?

If a buyer perceives to be wronged in anyway and they leave a negative rating, would the same apply if a seller perceives to have been wronged in a transaction?

I've traded on a site where we had forums detailing bad payers etc and it was out there for everyone to see.  

I also vaguely remember a rating system where you could rate positive or neutral or negative with those smile icon things but for the life of me I cant remember on what site it was.

Based on your FB left for others, I would take a pass at buying from you as a Seller.  You do not seem to handle buyer conflict well and as others have pointed out, you are not a "new" Seller, so to me this comes across more as a defiant, "I will leave whatever FB I want" vs respecting the parameters that all Sellers have to follow in order to be in compliance to Sell on this site.  

Maybe try to assess why you are having so much Buyer conflict to begin with?  Your descriptions are non-existent and you use 1 photo only.  Perhaps this is what is contributing to the Buyer issues you are having?

Good luck.  Hopefully you take to heart that it is "your" job to make certain the Buyer's buying experience exceeds their expectations.  You gotta lose that "seller wronged" mentality.  And you're lucky your buyers did not report you.

the comics have only the cover listed cause the back is plain cardboard.

I think the Japanese things are front only because the back is cardboard.
