How does one get a spot on Google Shopping

Hi all,

I asked this question before - no answers.  See the attached.  I went to Google Shopping to look for a purse and it seems there's a way to get your webstore/ website listed on the side.  I always see Ebay stores or Ebay on the list.  Are these promoted or sponsored ads?  How do you get on this list?

Ok, I get it.  There's a "paid" search to appear on Google Shopping, and obviously those stores on Ebay   paid.  But there's also an "ebay" button, which means that Ebay paid Google Shopping?

But Ebay "sponsored/promoted" searches only work within Ebay -- and not Google?  It also seems to be for sole owner websites?

This gets more complicated.
