I keep going in circles. How do I get a customer rep to contact me? Some sellers say to post on Facebook. Where on Facebook? Why do we have to go to Facebook to reach someone with Ebay?

Click on the "message" button on the right top - enter the info on your issue

Please note that this is the correct link/page for eBay sellers to contact customer service on Facebook.
www.facebook.com/ebayforbusiness
Do not simply create a post on their page. Instead, send them a private message on Messenger via the "Send Message" button on their page. Give them your eBay member id, a VERY brief idea of your problem, and they will contact you.
Good luck!

I have no problem reaching EBAY customer service. Just go to HELP (indicate your problem) and go to bottom of page and REQUEST CALLBACK (enter your phone number).

S.O.P.

That option is no longer there. It's an automated assistant with just general info. Nowhere to leave a # or have us call you back.

This is from another thread - eBay have tucked Have Us Call You away nicely
You can still have ebay call you back, you can find it 'chat with an automated assistant' link on the same help page. Click on that and the 'type to a computer' panel pops up. Scroll all the way to the bottom and then click on 'see more' and then scroll to the new bottom and there it is - "have us call you"

It's still there--just buried. You have to take about fifty million steps to reach the option, but it's still there. I suspect you might have skipped the "See more" link in the Automated Assistant feature. They really make you work for it . . .
This is how I just got there--on the desktop platform. Please note I made the choices/options of "Buying" and "How buying on eBay works" at random. I assume you'd ultimately reach the same end no matter what choices you made, but I could be wrong.
I didn't go any further, since this was just a test.
