How do you properly report a terrible transaction with a seller?

How can I report more details directly to E-bay regarding a terrible experience with the above seller?  Seller advertising 2nd generation Airpods with charging case, and displaying photos of 2nd generation Airpods with WIRELESS charging case.  During communication process seller was rude and offered no solutions, or concessions.  2 of the 7 original photos for the product were pictures of 2nd Generation Airpods with WIRELESS charging case, but this is not what the seller is sending to customers.

It was a birthday gift, and my kid already opened it. No, I received 2nd Generation Airpods, but the version that does not allow for wireless charging with the case, which is what was being advertising in the sellers photos. I want to make sure everyone buying this product from the sellers understands that the seller is misleading everyone with zero remorse.

You can return the item as "Item Not As Described" (aka INAD) through eBay's Resolution Center.

You've already left negative feedback. You could call eBay's customer service and report the seller if you'd like.

The proper way to "report" a seller whose items are not as described  is to file a "Not As Described" dispute and get a refund.

You also have the ability to leave feedback that you consider appropriate.

the remedy you are looking for - the ability to warn all other buyers - does not exist.

Take care of yourself and your transaction. You are assuming that eBay cares! Make sure you get a paid return shipping label or do a dispute with Paypal (if that's how you paid) They won't be as forgiving as eBay.

You will need to request a return using the not as described reason.  The seller will be required to pay the return shipping.  Once you have received your refund after the item has been returned, you can leave appropriate feedback.

Do not mention feedback in anyway and leave only factual and civil feedback when you do.
