How do you properly cancel an order when bad buyers buy your things

Just saw I had a buyer with 100% (over 100 feed back left) of his feed back being negs asking for returns 

How do I properly cancel the order when people like this try to buy from me

No one even reads the listings what makes you think they read this

I was feeling bad for you that you got a bad buyer, but you leave the worst feedback followups ever and your attitude stinks.

As far as I can tell, if the buyer leaves a neg there's a 50/50 chance it was warranted.
