I have several nice feedback responses that I would like to leave an additional response to. I have seen that some sellers have done that. How can I do that? Can I not do that since I don’t have a Store?

Anyone can follow up to feedback that they have already left.
Go to site map, find the feedback section, at the far right, it says follow up to feedback left.
Click on that, and you are good to go.

Generally.
Don't unless it is to add an extra thank you.
Responses really stand out on a page.
But who do you think reads feedback?
Not your buyer. He knows what you probably think.
Not your fellow sellers. Over 80% of transactions are Fixed Price and the seller meets the customer when he buys.
The 15% or so which are auctions usually have a Buy It Now option and the seller meets the customer when he buys.
The few bids that actually are laid on an auction usually come in the last few minutes and the seller meets the customer when he buys.
The only ones who will read your Feedback and your Responses are your future customers.
What will your FB tell them about you as a person they may be dealing with?
Politely.-- Captain Malcolm Reynolds.

At the bottom of your feedback page, there are links to leave follow up comments to feedback left, and reply comments to feedback received.

BTW, not reallyl necessary for a seller.
Just leave the initial feedback, thank you, etc.
If the buyer has left something you feel you need to address, carefully consider what you are saying. A professional response is best.
The additional follow up does make that comment stand out.

It is at the very bottom of your feedback page, go to your feedback & move bottom
Look for this Below
I agree I don't think your buyer will see a follow up to their nice feedback to you, but that is up to you if you want to do it.
For me I think a reply to bad or not so nice feedback sure does draw more attention & that's something I won't ever do.

Why do you want to respond to feedback?

I had to leave follow up feedback for two buyers recently because, on the new and improved feedback page, for one shining moment I thought autofill was back so I pressed "enter" and the feedback left was "Imme".
Since the buyers had not left feedback for me yet and who knows if they are the type that think it's the bee's knee, I did follow up.

Autofill is back ! I just left a bunch of feedback, one by one, of course, and also on a non-secure form so I had to click that every time, too (what does that mean?) but autofill worked. Saved me 15 seconds total, maybe, for 10 feedbacks left.
Didn't someone say there is a clicky for leaving a bunch of feedback at one time? one click? I don't know what rubegoldberged form I'm using; kind of a combo of the old page and seller hub that I think I created. who knows ...
