”…Even the so called customer service reps in India agree they are at fault, but the won't undo their actions. ..”
Sadly, their proclamations are sometimes wholly untrue. So you cannot take what they say to the bank. Sometimes, they’ve been known to simply tell the caller what they think the user wants to hear. Very frustrating.
But an even more important issue right now is your other Gil Elvgren pinup listings. Now you are on eBay’s radar, so whatever you do, don’t relist the pulled items. It only takes a few suspensions to get an escalated final restriction with no hope of reinstatement.
Were the pulled listings showing any nudity? Cuz those fall into the difficulty of eBay considering them porn, rather than art which is allowed to be listed. Porn no, art yes.
So proceed with the utmost caution.
As for reaching a decent rep, try eBay’s Facebook for business page and send a succinct private message. They are known to be a higher quality customer service. Good luck!

Who are you calling? The eBay call center was shut down for the pandemic. Now you can request a call back, but it was my understanding we still couldn't call eBay Customer Service thru the old channels. That the chat, email or social media sites were it.

There isn't one; I suspect that upwards of 50% of their callers end up asking for a supervisor or manager, so that request is basically meaningless to them. Do you have an issue that maybe someone here can advise you on?

Yes, you put in the request for CS and they call you back.

Yes. Ebay keeps dinging my seller account for porn. They pick out 1940's Gil Elvgren Pinup art and call it porn. Even the so called customer service reps in India agree they are at fault, but the won't undo their actions. I did speak to someone who said they were a manager, but it was just another person in India who said they have to ask someone up the food chain. I believe the fish and cows are all dead in this food chain.

From experience... I've had to reach out to C/S only once during the pandemic and was amazed at the quality service. Start with a message on the eBay facebook page. Be concise and separate facts from emotion. Quickly, a qualified Rep will send you an intelligible email... you can reply (if necessary) and the Rep will forward you to a specialist (if necessary)... you can even escalate your issue to decision-makers. The whole process is very quick and painless.
It might take 3 emails to 3 different Reps, but what else you got to do tonight? Good luck to you.

The overseas reps (who are in the Philippines not India or in Utah) are subcontractors and have no authority.
Stop phoning.
Chat, Facebook and Twitter all have eBay employees who are better trained.
However, it is also possible that the employee who disagrees with you is right and you are wrong.

They always will agree with you to get you off the phone. Yes it is porn, they made a change not long ago. Keep it off Ebay.

I am not sure why telephones exist for the purpose of making actual phone calls.
Back in the old days this method solved problems and fast, but with today's technology it takes more effort to use this method than to message / text / email.
Simple as that, eaby is doing their utmost to pay as little as possible to these sub-contractor "telephone rep" companies, and it's only going to get worse... I figure in about 5-8 years it will be animals on the other end, oink oink, ooga booga, etc...
I mean, it's not far from the present results anyway.

Once you have been dinged for an item, do not relist it and you won't get dinged again.
Once eBay have red flagged you then you are under their radar. If you persisit, a ding will be the least of your worries.

Rather than hijacking the OP's thread with rants, advise your problem and see if some one here can help
