On the 'block buyers' list...unless they are a 'repeat buyer' who buys sometimes.
Careful who you block...some buyers are very slow in paying...

Solved the issue of non payers be using fixed payment listings, withe the immediate payment required OPTION without a best offer option. Plus I received ed my listed prices and my desired profit margin.
It is my strong opinion, experience and observation those sellers that do auction style listings - sell a whole bunch at the minimum bid and very few on a bid run up - not a good thing- the piggy bank stays hungry. I believes auctions are passe, people "want there stuff now". And don't like having to wait around to the last minutes/seconds to try to win something they really wanted/need but were "aced" out at the last millisecond.- see there are more than 4 time zone in the 50 United States including the US protectorates. Sold a fair amount of stuff the Alaska, Hawaii and Guam.the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipped via USPS priority mail.service Shipped 45% of my stuff to the far western states - live 50 miles east of Atlanta, GA. and buyers loved fast delivery I did 1 day and often same day shipping or carriers scans (not simply dropped off in a drop box. Shipped stuff on Saturday too - even though eBay states Sat, Sun and USPS Holiday are considered a non work day - - Buyers and their $$ are King or Queen are top shelf in my book - as a Seller I aim to please (even those difficult folks you will run into. Sold for a real career for 41.5 years)

First, you cancel the transaction, citing "did not pay". Have you been doing that consistently or not? Am asking because you don't mention it in your message.
And then you take the steps to block this buyer so you don't have to deal with him again.
How many times has this happened, BTW?
