How do you archive your listing after its sold?

Actually, I "archive"  my listings before I even list them. I got so used to Turbo-Lister (which saved my luitings forever) then when TL died I continued creating the listings on my own computer using a program called First Page (it's free) and then simply "copy and paste" into the eBay page. That way I will always have it.

Since all of my listings are fixed price, I opted into the Out of Stock option.  When the listing has a Quantity of 0, it will continue listing since it's GTC, for up to 180 days (recently changed from 90 days) but buyers won't be able to see the listing or purchase from it.

Since my source of inventory has been shut down due to the pandemic, this works well for me, since I might be able to replenish stock once the theme park opens.

I use excel for each of my sales. I keep my own records and have them updated monthly. For the actual listing I copy/paste into a word document labeled listings for future reference or duplicate sales....
