How do you add "Seller Notes" to Condition Line

I am a new ebay account.  I want to sell on ebay.  I am trying to add seller notes to the condition line on the item I want to sell and can't figure it out. 

On my wife's account she can add seller notes to the condition line.

Any ideas?

On the listing form, enter your info into the 'Condition description' field, just below the 'Condition' field.

Are you selling NEW or USED items. I do not believe you can add notes on NEW only on used.

I have it in my description and just copy paste to the Condition description field.

And yes, condition description field is not there for "new"............

     What category are you attempting to list the item in? What category is your wife's item listed in?

I have the same question. It works on my son's but not mine. I have tried it on new and preowned.

The Item condition box does not show up on "new" item listing pages.

From my observations, seller notes (as a box to fill out) do not show up in Item specifics for all items.......

When seller notes show up in the listing form and are filled out for used items, the info seems to be placed on the active listing page just under condition and it also shows in item specifics.....  I have no idea what happens if you write something different in the Condition box and the Seller note box.   I  presume the Condition verbiage would be under condition in the active listing and seller notes in item specifics........
