How do you Turn off easy listing?

Do you mean stopping automatic re-listing, or stopping 'good till cancelled' - a little detail will help please

There was a pop up after I listed asking something about using easy listing ...I think it’s going to reduce my price after a certain time. I can’t figure out how to stop that. 
I read that it was in the pricing section but I don’t see that as an option.

Never heard of "easy pricing" but info below came up when I searched "easy listing" in HELP.

Across 2021, we'll be rolling out a new listing tool which offers sellers a clean design and improved listing features. The new tool provides a unified listing experience across desktop and mobile web browsers, so sellers can efficiently list at home or on the go.

If you've provided sufficient information in a listing section, you'll see a green check mark above it. If you see a blue "i" symbol above a section, it means that section requires more information before you can list.

Eventually the business and quick listing tools will be completely replaced by the new listing tool. In the meantime, if you would prefer to switch back to the tool you were using previously, you can select Switch back to the original listing tool from the top of the page.

Ok let me see if i can direct you to it. To turn off “easy pricing” go to the auction item in question and pull it up to revise it. This is in the app with the quick listing tool.  Go to Pricing and click on the pencil icon to the right. On the next page, click on Auctions (fixed price doesn’t have the Easy Pricing feature). You will see the Easy Pricing feature under the “opening bid” heading. Click on Off or On. Hope this is clear enough to get you there.
