How do we request deferred payment to ebay, per their announcement?

How do we request deferred payment to ebay, per their announcement? I heard this was supposed to roll out yesterday but I got no update.

This is only for select sellers who have a store subscription as well as other requirements. I got an email yesterday about it. The original announcement says store subscribers.

Thank you for your kind reply.  I found it there a few minutes ago.  I had been expecting ebay to send store sellers an email but that didn't happen.  Thanks again!

Just that you have a store and are in good standing with ebay. Thats it. Only the two requirements and they said they will get back to you within 3 business days with their decision. So it is not even guaranteed even if you meet their requirements.

I did get an actual email from them on the 25th like they said they would in the announcement. Not sure why they didn't send it to every store owner, that is what they were supposed to do. Also there is not even a guarantee that you will get the deferment even if you meet the requirements. They said they will get back to you within 3 business days of requesting it. Basically to request it, you just click the "here" link in announcement if you didn't get email and it brings you to page explaining what the deferment is for and if you want to be considered for it you just click a button and thats it. Then you just wait for their reply. So I take it not everyone will get it regardless if you meet requirements.
