How do we receive messages and etc from Ebayers via Cell Phone?

How can we get notified via Cell phone (Cha-Ching) when we sell an item

and or get messages from ebayers? Did Ebay stop this long time ago?

BTW....We have an I-Phone.

Turn on your volume switch?   I am notified on my phone whenever I have any eBay activity of which I am notified. 

Check your iPhone settings to make sure that you have eBay notifications activated.

We were getting the Cha-Ching sound and messages from ebayers on his phone. But then a few

months ago, we weren't getting any notifications any more via cell phone. (Our computer does shows all

our sales and messages on Ebay)

My husband checked his phone and everything for Ebay shows activated. 

And so we were hoping someone could offer suggestions or advice for us.

In your eBay application click settings then notifications then toggle on any notifications you want to receive.

i don't know about ebay, but I get push notifications on my phone all the time via my email, when item sells or someone inboxes me that notification is sent to your normal email (the one you use for ebay) and you can set notifications on your phone for any app you use, email or other wise.

Also have iPhone and had same issue a couple different times. Deleted, then reinstalled eBay app and the cha ching started working again. Sometimes just turning phone off/back on kicks the cha ching back into gear also. Technology 😂😂

Also @ebooksdiva gave great advice on settings! Adjusting those settings really helps with getting only the notifications you actually want/need!

I get the ca-ching on my android phone. It probably has something to do with ebay app notification sounds.

If you need to hear the cha ching, install what ever app I phone requires and set up your settings and notifications.
