How do returns work with Global Shipping?

If a buyer complains about an item they received that was shipped through Global Shipping, how do they do a return? Who pays for the international shipping?

Depends on which 'global shipping' you're talking about. The soon to be defunct GSP, the ebay International shipping standard or the new ebay International shipping that's replacing GSP.

The old GSP which was in place. I now have the new Ebay International that's replacing it.

If they file an INAD, seller pays return shipping.

From the foreign country or from Global Shipping in Kentucky where it was shipped?

It depends on the reason for the return. If the item was damaged in shipping then the gsp should refund and no return will be required.  If the problem is because the seller made a mistake, the seller is responsible for the shipping cost from the buyer's country.
