I had a package I sold get "lost" in the mail for about a month and the buyer opened an "item not received case" asking for a refund... however the tracking shows the item arrived the same day they opened the dispute... I've asked them to close the dispute but they haven't responded and there is a hold on my paypal account because of the held money... Is there any way to get the case closed? It's past the date that was listed as needing to be resolved by but the case is still open and they never responded to any of the messages I sent.

You need to enter tracking# proving that item was delivered. After you do that...you case will close automatically (may take a few days).

Have you entered your tracking into the case?
If it doesn't automatically close in your favor, you should be able to all and have them close in your favor if it updates as delivered.

Yes I uploaded the tracking info on June 1, the day it was delivered... The case is still listed as "awaiting buyer response" today, on June 9 and the only options I see for me are "upload tracking" (already done), "send message to buyer" (also done) and "refund buyer" (which I don't want to do).

You can use the "contact" link at page bottom..
You will probably get a call back from eBay, ask them to manually close the case..
