Was reviewing my listings today, and all of a sudden, a voice starts reading them to me. Please, I don't need this! How do I turn off??

only way I can think of is to mute your computer speaker. I keep mine off full time.

Tell the person standing behind you to stop reading your screen.🙄
Seriously, it is probably a feature built into your browser or operating system. I accidentally activated my browser to start reading text with some key presses and had to turn it off.
Do a search for text audio reader for what you are using to find how to turn off/on.
For example, Windows 10 with Edge Browser:

As funny as that is, there is more than one time I have yelled at my cat "EDGAR ALLAN WHAT HAVE YOU DONE???" when he's jumped up on my keyboard and my screen goes haywire.

Poor cat having to learn Edgar Allen for a name when someone could of just chosen Poe. No wonder Edgar Allen jumps on your keyboard.......payback!
